Undergraduate SchoolThe Alumni Admission Network (AAN) consists of Babson alumni who assist the Office of Undergraduate Admission by conducting informational interviews with prospective students, attending high school college fairs in the spring and fall, contacting prospective and admitted students and attending receptions as needed. Graduate SchoolBe an Alumni Ambassador for the graduate school and share your expertise with candidates for Babson’s graduate programs. Join the Graduate Admissions team at informational events and MBA fairs across the country and around the world, recommend high-potential candidates for Babson’s full-time or working professional degree programs, or even assist with the interviewing of our prospective students. BARN is a Babson College alumni volunteer resource organized to transfer the entrepreneurial experience with business knowledge and practical advice from Babson alumni to Babson alumni to assist them in their business endeavors.

Career affinity groups serve as a networking and professional development forum for alumni, current students, friends of Babson, faculty, and staff. The groups are propelled by alumni and facilitated by the College’s administration. Faculty and industry professionals contribute to planning meetings as well as speaker and panel presentations. Volunteers are need to serve on the various CAG Planning Committees—Consulting & Professional Services, Consumer Products & Retail, Entrepreneurship, Financial Services, Life Science, and Real Estate—and to serve as speakers for programs throughout the academic year. Undergraduate: The involvement of alumni in Babson’s career education, internship, and recruiting programs is an invaluable resource to current students and alumni. Coaching for Leadership & Teamwork (CLTP)
CLTP provides undergraduate students with constructive developmental coaching on their business skills early in their careers. More than 800 volunteers are needed each year and they provide invaluable service to the students by helping them understand the variety of skills needed to succeed in the working world. Center for Women’s Leadership (CWL)
Alumni volunteers are needed to help with interviewing candidates for Women's Leadership scholarships, mentoring students in the Women's Leadership program, and assisting these students in their career development. Providing internships and employment opportunities is another way to help with this important initiative.

The Bernon Center for Public Service, in the Donald W. Reynolds Campus Center, is an on-campus volunteer organization that works with various national and local public service agencies to provide more than 50 one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities for Babson students, alumni, and staff. As alumni, this is a great chance to reconnect with Babson while making a tremendous difference in the lives of others.

Participating in the corporate tour program provides an invaluable opportunity for students to visit companies, observe and integrate classroom learning into a real business setting, identify challenging business issues, and apply and present their creative and innovative thinking in a final presentation to company management. Volunteering as a company sponsor through the Graduate Office of Experiential Learning links your company with student project teams. In the Babson Consulting Alliance Program (BCAP) you will be matched with students during their first year of the Two-Year MBA. If you would like to work with more experienced students your company can be a project sponsor in the Management Consulting Field Experience (MCFE). The Fund for Babson
Volunteers for The Fund for Babson are asked to reach out to their peers each year to solicit philanthropic support for Babson. They provide a valuable service and the financial support that strengthens the student programs and enriches the educational, cultural, and personal lives of Babson students. In each of our volunteer programs—Class Agent Program, Reunion Gift Committees, and The Parent’s Council—fundraising volunteers are encouraged to reach out to their peers, solicit philanthropic support, and steward the donors that make a Babson education possible.

Babson’s opportunities for volunteering are extensive within the Regional and International Clubs. Club leaders have the opportunity to plan programs and events that represent the college and are designed to serve a broad range of alumni. Leaders might also attend prospective student events, support Babson's athletic teams "on the road," maintain regional web pages, secure event locations, and identify other volunteers. Reunion Volunteer
Year after year, Babson alumni return to campus for Back to Babson Weekend, a weekend which includes reunion, homecoming, and MBA connections. Our successful weekends are the result of the enthusiasm and participation of our outstanding alumni taking on the role of Class Chair, or becoming a Class Committee member. Volunteer to solicit reunion class news or find lost classmates, a location for a class meeting, party, or phonathon or, lead a seminar in your area of expertise during reunion weekend.
